End-to-end construction management from the finishes phase onward, overseeing the resident engineer and directly contracting specialized trades: electrical, HVAC, millwork, and aluminum carpentry. Simultaneous coordination of 8+ specialties — structural, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, aluminum and wood carpentry, metalwork, and maintenance — resolving technical conflicts to keep momentum during an accelerated final phase.
Construction budget management exceeding US$3M: quoting, vendor selection, direct supplier negotiation, cost control, and delivery scheduling. Direct material procurement for the work packages under my supervision.
Project representation before the client and inspectors during site visits, with progress reports and technical documentation delivered to the lead architect. One continuous year on site to date.

Centro Médico MMB was my most complex project management challenge. I was responsible for the full delivery lifecycle: assembling the consultant team, writing and negotiating contracts, building and tracking a RD$40M+ budget, and resolving field conflicts between structural, MEP, and architectural work in real time.
