Bolero 21 is a mixed-use building on a tight urban lot in Santo Domingo. The ground floor was programmed for retail and food & beverage, with residential units stacked above.
The facade uses a rhythm of vertical fins to provide solar shading for the upper floors while giving the building a distinct street presence. The ground level is fully open to the sidewalk — activating the street corner.
