Technical advisory on the preparation of construction drawings, directing a drafter and reviewing coordination across structural, plumbing, and electrical disciplines to ensure constructability. Engaged as a third-party consultant within the design team.

Negotiated and contracted the site engineer responsible for construction in Punta Cana, including line-item cost negotiation and supplier selection. Supervised the full structural phase over 4 months with weekly visits, traveling 2.3 hours from Santo Domingo to verify progress and quality. Construction budget approximately US$500K.
