Direct contracting and supervision of the specialized teams responsible for the building's envelope: 1,120 m² of coral stone facade and steel sunshades on the second level. Resolved the facade modulation to ensure alignment of the stone grid with windows and volume corners.

Nine months of follow-up with bi-weekly trips to Punta Cana (two hours from Santo Domingo), maintaining direct communication with the installation crews to meet committed deadlines through project handover.
