Concept, development, and commercialization of a 16-piece line of miniature sculptures of Dominican Republic architectural and urban landmarks — from the Catedral Primada de América and Alcázar de Colón in the Zona Colonial, to the Basílica de Higüey, Faro a Colón, and Palacio Nacional, among others.
Each landmark captured via aerial photogrammetry with a DJI Mini 2 (three 15-minute flights per piece), processed in OpenDroneMap. Full cleanup and remodeling of each building in Blender, adjusting scale and level of detail for 3D printing and concrete casting. Self-developed mold-and-cast technique, drawing on fine-arts training to achieve finish quality at reduced scale.
End-to-end management of the venture: brand design, marketing, advertising, website, and direct-to-consumer sales — approximately 60 units sold.
