CEDIGLO is a full-scale medical center designed to balance clinical efficiency with spatial dignity. The brief called for 8+ medical specialties under one roof — a coordination challenge as much as a design one.
The floor plan organizes specialties around a central circulation spine, minimizing patient transit while keeping each unit operationally independent. Natural light enters through a series of interior courtyards that break the building's mass and give staff and patients moments of relief.
As project manager, I oversaw a multidisciplinary team across engineering, MEP, and construction — managing a RD$40M+ budget from schematic design through certificate of occupancy.
Project Management
CEDIGLO was my most complex project management challenge. I was responsible for the full delivery lifecycle: assembling the consultant team, writing and negotiating contracts, building and tracking a RD$40M+ budget, and resolving field conflicts between structural, MEP, and architectural work in real time.
The project was delivered on schedule. Download my full PM CV for detail on methodology, tools, and team structure.
